This is a self-blanching celery. It's golden in color, but tastes about the same as the green. But, it looks really cool! This is a very rare variety. It's all Heirloom and has been around since at least the 1800s. It has never been grown on a large scale. We recommend transplanting these. They will take 4 to 6 weeks and then take around 75 to 85 days, depending on the size of bunches you want. Happy growing!!!
