California White Garlic (out of stock for the season)

This is a soft neck variety that's pure white. Very close to what you find in the stores. It has a pungent flavor that's intense when very fresh. Will over winter to around 20 below colder if you mulch. We ship for fall planting. We start harvest about August.  We ship from the middle of August until around Christmas. You can reserve yours today. (Unfortunately, we can't ship to Idaho.) We have pallet quantities for all you market farmers. For any large garlic purchase, we sell by the pound. If you are a home gardener and want just enough for a raised bed, we got you covered!
