Bok Choy

This is delightfully easy to grow--and it grows fast!  It's great for salads and stir fry. This is a member of the Chinese greens or cabbage family. It will hold up in cooking without getting mushy. This is a good one for areas that have hot summers because the heat will not make them bolt or get bitter like other greens; cool nights towards the end of summer will make them bolt. These are kind of a no-brainer, must haves for farmers market growers to have greens on their tables! All our Bok Choy is Heirloom, Non-GMO, and beyond organic. Happy growing!!!
