Broccoli


Broccoli is an edible green plant in the cabbage family whose large flowering head is eaten as a vegetable. Our packs have around 500 seeds and around 6,200 seeds per ounce. Broccoli is a cool weather crop; it doesn't mind the heat. This crop should be succession planted; start in raised beds and blanket seed to get lots of transplants.   After you harvest the heads, you get loads of side shoots that are prefect for braccoli nachos called "bracco nachos"--we call them "brachoes"! All our broccoli, like all our seeds, are Heirloom, Non-GMO, and beyond organic. Happy growing!!!
